A family room and bar space with a balance of modern and classic elements that honor the home’s history as well as the client’s personal style. Vibrant colors and interesting textures elevate this living space.
The client's dissatisfaction with their ranch’s original layout, characterized by darkness and low ceilings, prompted a renovation focusing on natural light, resulting in a more open, bright, and modern feel. Noteworthy features include an upholstered leather door with nailheads, a meticulously designed bar unit with beautiful hardware and tambour wood, and an extension of the sitting room from the kitchen, involving a repositioned window and a new fireplace. The kitchen showcases Italian marble, custom cabinetry, and two islands, catering to the clients' passion for cooking and their investment in high-quality range space and appliances.

Conclusion
Our updated family room floor plan created a space that was conducive for family gatherings and had flexibility to entertain, as well as still serving as a quiet space in which to relax. The loft now looks much more modern, with window seats and swivel chairs to maximize seating and entertaining opportunities.
